Shea Butter from the heart of Africa
Toya is a young entrepreneur who lives in London. Still, her passion for making cosmetics lead her back to her roots in Ghana. In search of the formula for perfect skin, she found her inspiration in the magical fruit of the kpakahili tree (shea tree). The local people in Ghana from generations are using the natural power of the fruits in their traditions and ceremonies. The shea tree grows naturally in the wild in the dry savannah belt of West Africa from Senegal in the west to Sudan in the east and onto the foothills of the Ethiopian highlands. It occurs in 21 countries across the African continent.
